STORE POLICY

Due to the current situation of Covid-19, We have strict requirements when returning any item. The item may only be exchanged within 7 days as long as:

• No modifications has been done on the product (sizing, band replacement etc.)

• It is proven that the watch clearly shows no sign of any sort of damage such as scratches or water damages

• No parts of the watch appear to be missing (Missing Crown, Missing pin etc.) 

• An authorized inspection by the seller has been done thoroughly NOT the customer

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE​
